How long we keep it
Donation records are retained for accounting and reporting purposes. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Data storage
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Cloudways, with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Email communications are sent via Elastic Email.
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
You may at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to accounting retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for future communications
